Service Description

1:1 coaching is extremely helpful for general emotional support, ascension, shadow work, spiritual awakening, dark night of the soul / ego death, ketamine + plant medicine integration and much more. Asking for (and allowing yourself to receive) help and support is more important now than ever before as we are facing so much stress, change and uncertainty during this unique time in human history. We will come up with a plan that best serves you for ultimate growth and transformation. We will identify what your goals are, and I will help you bridge the gap from where you are to where you want to be. This will include breaking down any limiting beliefs, fears, judgments and anything that is getting in the way of you fully loving and accepting yourself and attracting love, success, abundance and your wildest dreams into your life. These sessions are typically an hour long weekly and are online via Zoom calls. I typically require a 3 month commitment, unless you have already worked with me previously. This program can also be used to purchase integration sessions for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), plant medicine or psychedelics. Vibe is important.
