Service Description

My Soul Dive 1:1 Intensive Healing Program is for those who are committed to diving super deep into healing, breaking trauma cycles, loving themselves, increasing their confidence, activating their divine power, awakening their soul purpose and completely transforming their life! It's perfect if you are experiencing an intense spiritual awakening and dark night of the soul (ego death), as well. This is the perfect add on to my Super Soul World™ program (coming this summer), if you want to dive even deeper into healing, and want 1:1 support throughout the program. We will explore deep trauma healing, shadow work, inner child healing, rewiring the mind and reprogramming the nervous system with the assistance of EMDR, Breathwork, Brain Spotting, Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy and processing support to dive even deeper. **Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) option coming soon for those in the Kansas City area.
