More About Danielle's Approach:

I really love an integrative approach that blends several philosophies and therapeutic modalities from both the West and East. I am inspired and informed by the following: Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT / relational perspective), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Transpersonal Psychology, Jungian, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness and Energetics. I also include several experiential approaches in my practice, such as EMDR, Brain Spotting, Hypnosis, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Breathwork, Somatic Experiencing, Meditation, and Emotion Freedom Technique (EFT). I am licensed in Missouri, Kansas and Colorado to practice therapy.

Asking for and allowing yourself to receive help and support is more important now than ever before as we are facing lots of stress, change and uncertainty during this unique time in human history. We will come up with a plan that best serves you for your ultimate growth and transformation.

Therapy is more focused on healing the past than coaching. Therapy and coaching sessions are typically 1-2 hours long weekly and are online via Zoom calls. Therapy is available in person for those in the Kansas City area.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) sessions are typically 2.5-3 hours. Integration sessions for KAP, psychedelics and plant medicine (which are scheduled before, in between and after your healing journeys) are typically 1-1.5 hours long.
